RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Archery Source. Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unused and in original packaging with some exceptions.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in original, unused condition, and packed in the original packaging (including Styrofoam/packing material, plastic bags, accessories, all parts, screws, tools, manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.).
- We do not accept returns on items that have been customized, personalized, or modified. (including but not limited to, arrows cut to custom length, custom made strings, custom fletched arrows, made to order bows, custom bows, etc.)
- We do not accept returns on items we had to source from an independent source.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been used.
- Strings, nose buttons, kisser buttons, nock points, or any item that may come into contact with the user’s face cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
- Bows, risers, arrows, bolts and limbs will not be refunded unless defective.
- Releases will not be refunded for safety and liability reasons. Defective items are subject to manufacturer warranty.
- Any Special-order item cannot be cancelled or refunded once it’s shipped to you. If the item is not shipped, it cannot be refunded within the first 90 days. After 90 days of order placed, and item not shipped yet, you can request for a refund, but 4% administration fee will apply.
- Products that are damaged or unable to be reconditioned may not qualify for a refund. All product returns are subject to a thorough inspection upon delivery.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of 20% will apply for all items that are not defective.
- The shipping fee is waived for returns of defective items or due to errors on our end. If not, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.
Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Support team at 647-335-7004 or email us at customer.support@archerysource.ca request authorization for a return. Please refer to all conditions above prior to requesting a refund or return. Please do not return any items before you are given authorization as not all returns will be accepted.
2. If the return is authorized, we will provide you a Return Authorization Number.
3. We will send you a return label if the shipping fee is waived.
4. Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items provided with the product.
5. Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package.

Restocking Fees
- Orders that have not yet been shipped will incur an administration fee of 4 % of the total order value.
- Orders that have been fulfilled and shipped will incur an administration and restocking fee of 20 % of the total order value.
- Returned items that are not in original packaging and/or showing any signs of use, installation, or wear will carry an additional 20% restocking fee or may be refused entirely depending upon the severity of the wear.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our Customer Support team to arrange the exchange. All exchanges are subject to approval. Please allow 5-7 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please do not open the box. Instead:
1. Take clear photos of the damage to the exterior of the package
2. Notify both the courier and Archery Source immediately
3. If you opened the package and discovered damage to the product itself, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence
Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted, due to carrier and manufacturer reporting deadlines.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Defective items are often covered under manufacturer warranty. We do not offer warranties through Archery Source. If your product is covered via manufacturer warranty and arrives defective, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Shipping
Please note that shipping restrictions may apply to certain products, including some compound bows, risers, limbs, traditional bows, and oversized items such as targets. These restrictions may affect shipments to certain provinces within Canada and to international destinations.
When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and the shipping method selected. These estimates may also appear on the shipping page, depending on the carrier chosen.
Shipping rates for the items are calculated by weight, and the weight of each item is listed on its product detail page. In accordance with carrier policies, shipping weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Please be aware that Special Order items will take longer than the estimated timeframe due to manufacturer lead times. If the item is made to order, it is non-refundable. For faster alternatives, such as different colors or in-stock options, please feel free to contact us. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
