Shipping within U.S & Canada

When you place an order at the checkout, estimated shipping, and delivery dates are shown for you based on your area and the shipping option you chose. These days are in addition to the days needed for preparation to ship/or order the product. This estimated prep time is seen on each product page as, Example: Items in stock 3-5 business days & Special orders 2-4 weeks.


Please note that the shipping rates may vary based on product weight & size, which can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order is placed and we have processed the shipment with the carrier.

Return Shipments

Your satisfaction is important to Archery Source. If we have made an error while fulfilling your order, please call or e-mail us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. Qualified items (which are unused or unopened) purchased from Archery Source may be returned for a replacement item or refund within 10 days of delivery.


You may return your items in-store or ship them back to us upon approval. The shipping fee is waived for returns of defective items or due to errors on our end, if not the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees. Please contact us to set up a return or exchange and a return label will be sent to you. Refunds can only be issued in the original form of payment.


A refund is only applied after your return parcel has been received by us. Processing time can be up to 4 weeks depending on shipping time and financial institutions’ processing time. Please complete our online Return Request or call us at (905) 744 - 7004

Claims for Damaged or Lost Shipments

For all shipments, we provide tracking information to ensure dependable service. If you receive a damaged, crushed or torn-open package and the merchandise inside is damaged or missing in any way please keep all the packaging material and contact CanadaPost, UPS, or USPS service center for assistance in filing a claim.


Archery Source is not responsible for the damage caused by the shipping provider. If there are any missing parts or items and the package is not damaged or open during shipment, contact us immediately at (905) 744 - 7004.
