Please Note: Special Order items can take longer than the estimated arrival time. It is dependent on the manufacturers lead times. Special orders can not be refunded as they are made to order. If you are looking for a specific product there may be alternate ways such as a colour change that speeds up this time line, it is best to call or email us, or wait patiently. Thank You!

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Archery Source. Your satisfaction is important to us. Unless noted at purchase, all qualified merchandise purchased from Archery Source may be returned for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges) within 14 days of delivery.

Please note, that any items marked as a special order or unqualified items (see below) are EXEMPT from cancelation and 14-Days return.

Returns must be unused, in new condition, and packed in the original sealed manufacturer's packaging (including Styrofoam/packing material, plastic bags, accessories, all parts, screws, tools, manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.).

Returns received before 14 days will carry a 10% restocking fee unless it is the return of defective product or due to errors on our end. Returns after 14 days will carry a 20% restocking fee.

Returned items that are not in original packaging and/or showing any signs of use, installation, or wear will carry a 20% restocking fee or may be refused entirely depending upon the severity of the wear.

Products that are damaged or unable to be reconditioned may not qualify for a refund. All product returns are subject to a thorough inspection upon delivery.

The shipping fee is waived for returns of defective items or due to errors on our end. If not, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.

Archery Source reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that is used, damaged, or un-sellable for any reason.

Items Excluded from Return

These include, but are not limited to,

• Arrow shafts cut to your length

• Fletching of arrows

• Some custom-made bows

• Custom-made bowstrings

• Custom-made arrows

• Items we had to source from an independent source

• Special or personalized orders

• Kisser and Nose Buttons (for sanitary reasons)

These items may not be returned under any circumstance other than to replace an item due to a defective product.

How to Return?

• State the reason for return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

• We will send you a return label if the shipping fee is waived.

• All return shipments must display a Return Authorization Number printed clearly on the outside of the package.

When you receive the item

If you notice any damage to the parcel, please do not open it! Contact the courier, and inform them and us of the damages.

If you do open the damaged parcel, please inspect the item/s immediately.

Any damage must be reported back to us, with photographic evidence within 48 Hours of receiving. Any report or claim received after this period will not be accepted/ considered.

Defective or Damaged Items

Manufacturer defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Exchanges

Please allow 5-7 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow up to 14 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
