You may return new, unopened items within 30 days after receiving your parcel, as long as the product is not used or damaged due to carelessness. You must provide us with a valid reason of return. For items returned for reasons not caused by Archery Source Canada will receive a refunded amount that includes a 10% fee deducted from the order amount total to cover the handling, re-stocking & processing costs. Shipping costs during the initial order is non-refundable. Any returns will need authentication by means of photos and our approval, after which a returned shipping label will be issued to you.
Incorrect items shipped by Archery Source can receive a refund without the 10% fee deduction. Please keep in mind that before we ship you any item, we thoroughly inspect & take pictures of the item/items prior to shipping.
Refunds may take up to four weeks after receiving the returned goods.

~ Kisser and Nose Buttons (for sanitary reasons)
~ Clearance items
~ Purchase of a used bow
~ Any item that was incorrectly installed or adjusted, which was not done by a professional and resulted in it breaking. (proof may be asked from the a bow shop)
~ Crossbows (that are correct to the order)
~ Any item picked up at our in store location.
Refunds on items that have been purchased but not yet shipped, will incur a 6-10% deduction on the total paid due to chargeback fees to refund and the fees paid during the acceptance of the transaction charged by the credit card company. Percentages may vary depending on the type of card / payment method. Alternatively, you may receive full reimbursement in the form of a credit on your account with Archery Source Canada, that can be used towards another purchase.
Shipping within U.S & Canada
When you place an order at checkout, estimated shipping and delivery dates are shown for you based on your area and the shipping option you chose. These days are in additional to the days needed for preparation to ship/or order the product. This estimated prep time is seen on each products page as, Example: Items in stock 3-5 business days & Special orders 2-4 weeks. Example may vary depending on the product.
Please note that the shipping rates may vary based on products weight & size, which can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
